Classes
14U
Our 14u classes start from ages 5/6 and go all the way up to 14. Great class for both beginners and advanced wrestlers!

Boys High School
Our High School practices are great for both beginner and advanced wrestlers, where they will be learning/drilling both the fundamentals of wrestling, as well as high level techniques!

Girls
Our Phoenix practices are great for all girls ages 6-18. They will learn the fundamentals and high level techniques of both folkstyle and freestyle wrestling!
